Our mission is to follow Jesus by providing spiritual and medical care to members of the northern Colorado community who experience hardship in the face of illness due to lack of access to healthcare. The clinic is staffed by volunteers from the Christian medical and faith communities.
Kate Odenwald, NP
Executive director & medical director
Kate began her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2010. She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with her MSN after receiving her BSN from Baylor University in 2006.
With a passion to use her clinical experience to care for those in her own community in Northern Colorado, Kate joined Christ Clinic a a volunteer provider in 2019 and transitioned to director in 2022. Outside of clinic, you'll find Kate, her husband Eric, and their two kids enjoying the best of Fort Collins from their bicycles.
Susan Lachman has served with the clinic since 2018 with behind-the-scenes volunteer tasks such as collating new patient charts and making reminder calls prior to clinic each week. She became the clinic’s first employee in 2019 and began performing administrative duties related to volunteer coordination, medical staff secretary, and community outreach. In 2022, her role was expanded to Clinic Administrator, and she now also oversees general operations.
