OUR TEAM

Kate Odenwald, NP
Executive Director & Medical Director
With a passion to use her clinical experience to care for those in her own community in Northern Colorado, Kate joined Christ Clinic as a volunteer provider in 2019 and transitioned to Executive and Medical Director in 2022. Since that time, she has led the organization forward by forming deeper community connections and stabilizing organizational processes and fundraising plans to provide stability for years to come.
Kate began her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2010. She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with her MSN after receiving her BSN from Baylor University in 2006. Outside of clinic, you'll find Kate, her husband Eric, and their two kids enjoying the best of Fort Collins from their bicycles.

Lisa Wallis
Program Manager
Lisa Wallis joined Christ Clinic in January of 2025 as the Program Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare. Originally from California, Lisa moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University, where she earned a degree in Social Work.
Lisa is committed to fostering positive change within her community and is a passionate advocate for vulnerable and marginalized populations. She hopes to leverage her extensive experience, strong community connections and compassionate approach to further the vision and mission of the Christ Clinic.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys raising her two children aged 13 and 4. Together, they enjoy exploring the outdoors and creating family memories.

Natalie Fisher
Business Administrator
Natalie is a seasoned business administrator with over 15 years of experience. She finds joy in working with numbers and helping others, striving to show God's love in all she does. Natalie is an active volunteer at Vineyard Church of the Rockies. When not in the office, she cherishes time with her husband, daughter (when home from college), and two bonus teenagers. An adventurous spirit, she enjoys boating, camping, and has recently discovered a love for hiking the trails around Northern Colorado.

Alma Alvarado-Cabrera
Assistant, Interpreter
Alma Alvarado-Cabrera joined the Christ Clinic team in 2024 through Adelante, a summer fellowship that places young adults from historically marginalized communities with organizations and business host sites throughout the community. While working in the office and clinic, she is also pursuing her BS in Psychology for a hopeful career in counseling. Her passion of providing care to the community is what led her to stay with Christ Clinic beyond her internship, and we are fortunate to have found her! Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Alma acting in plays around the Fort Collins area as well as hitting the gym and enjoying the outdoors.
