Christ Clinic accomplishes its mission by providing access to free primary care in northern Colorado regardless of anyone's background, creed or beliefs.

 

Our clinic provides family medicine care for all members of the family. This includes young adults; families with children; and adults with chronic diseases.

 

Our goal is to develop ongoing relationships with our patients. Therefore, all visits are by appointment only. Unfortunately we cannot provide urgent care.
